Eurasia Partners Network was founded in 2010 with a vision to see new churches planted throughout Central Europe, Russia, and Central Asia.
We believe that healthy, Gospel-centered churches led by nationals provide hope and restoration for broken people and cultures.
Our mission is to accelerate church growth in Central Europe, Russia and Central Asia through coaching, connecting and resourcing.

SCC supports Vladimir Kostornyy who serves as director of mentoring and coaching with Eurasia Partners. He works to train, coach, and equip pastors and church planters to be faithful followers of Jesus Christ and to spread the Gospel in Eastern Europe, Russia, and Central Asia.
Vladimir's wife Anna, serves as a volunteer, providing counselling for the pastors’ and church planters’ wives, who reside in Eastern Europe, Russia, and Central Asia.
